As a Designer with a Web Development knowledge who came from Architecture, I specialize in DesignOps and System Thinking to create a seamless end-to-end design system that is easy to adopt and scale for multiple stakeholders.

I ensure deliverables are user-centered, system scalable, and technically feasible to implement. My System Thinking point of view has allowed me to be involved in complex Enterprise product such as Notification Design, System Access and Authentication for Enterprise clients, etc.

My design process is highly collaborative and iterative. I believe in involving stakeholders and users early on to validate assumptions and gather feedback. This approach helps to ensure that the final product meets the needs of both the business and its users.

• 1. Identify Problem Space

Focusing on a specific Problem Space at a time, rather than multiple spaces, produces a clear solution that will guarantee success for a percentage of the target audience.

• 2. Validate Assumptions

All Ideas get diluted by assumptions the longer the process goes. Having a fixed schedule of when to get feedback prevents Assumption Backlogs.

• 3. Investigate Variables

Acknowledging differences is just part of the iteration process.
